Jonathan Edge

Jonathan Edge has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Jonathan is currently the Group HR Director at Quintessential Brands Group since May 2019. Prior to this, they were the HR Director UK & Ireland at Ideal Standard International BVBA from September 2015 to April 2019. From August 2010 to August 2015, Jonathan served as the Head of HR - UK at Imperial Tobacco, leading HR activities across multiple sales and marketing operations. Jonathan also held the positions of Group Leadership & OD Manager and Group Learning Manager at Imperial Tobacco. Before joining Imperial Tobacco, Jonathan worked at Nestle in various leadership development and learning & development roles. Jonathan began their career as a Training Consultant at MDS Training and later worked as an Assistant Employee Development Manager at Bournemouth Borough Council. Jonathan's early work experience includes serving as a Store Supervisor at Boots UK.

Jonathan Edge has a diverse education history. Jonathan attended Bournemouth University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management and English. Jonathan furthered their education at the same university from 1998 to 2000, earning a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to their university studies, Jonathan attended Bournemouth School for Boys from 1986 to 1988. In terms of additional certifications, they became qualified in the Life Style Inventory 360 through Human Synergistics in June 2005. Jonathan also received certification as an MBTI Practitioner from Myers-Briggs Instructor in April 2002 and became a Strength Deployment Inventory Facilitator through Core Strengths in February 2001.
