During their tenure as Head of Regional Operations at TUI Destination Experiences, Sean successfully oversaw a large team and achieved market-leading customer service transformation. Sean also served as General Manager of Customer Operations, focusing on business development and overseeing a team of area managers.

Sean's earlier career involved roles such as 2wentys and Reunion Manager, 24/7 Holidayline Manager, and Resort Team member, where they gained experience in product management, business operations, and customer service. Sean Parker attended St Edmund Campion from 1982 to 1989, where they achieved A level qualifications in Geography, History, and English Literature. In 2017, they also attended IMD for a program in High Performance Leadership.
