Roberta Giusti Romera

Roberta Giusti Romera is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, finance, and legal roles. Currently serving as Operations Strategy Manager at QuintoAndar since September 2024, Roberta is also the Co-founder and CFO of BOSSA BRAZIL, a position held since May 2021. Previous roles include Business Operations Manager at MUSA, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Legiti, and various analyst positions at Wildlife Studios. Roberta’s early career included internships at McKinsey & Company, Trench Rossi Watanabe, Almeida Advogados, and Siemens. Roberta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Foreign Trade HS from Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro.
