Linnea Bywall

Linnea Bywall is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as VP People at Quinyx since September 2025, where responsibility encompasses all aspects of People management while leading a diverse team. Prior to this role, Linnea held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Alva Labs from April 2019 to September 2025, overseeing People, Legal, Security, and Operations and managing a team of department heads. Linnea also served as Head of People at Alva Labs, focusing on talent attraction and organizational development. Previous experience includes roles as Engagement Manager at Navigio and Organizational Development Consultant at Assessio, along with early positions in care as a Vårdare and Personlig assistent in Malmö stad. Linnea holds a psychology degree from Lund University and has studied at Lamar University.
