Jürgen Raabe

At Quirin Bank he has been Head of Institutional Sales since 2008. Why did he decide to work for this bank? The reason was – and still is – the independence at Quirin Bank. According to Jürgen, here they do not depend on sales standards and specific products, as is customary in other banks.

Before joining Quirin Bank, he took the classic route from bank trainee and university degree to become a bond dealer at Deutsche Bundesbank. He then became Head of Securities at the Metallbank, Head of Bond Sales at Equinet AG and worked in the same position at Close Brothers Seydler AG.

Unless occupied with stock exchanges, bonds and finance markets, he enjoys playing golf. Additionally, he has a passion for football, especially the German club FC Schalke 04.
