Mariana Linares

Mariana Linares is a seasoned professional in human resource management and legal administration with extensive experience in talent development and salary coordination. Currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at Quiroga Law Office, PLLC since October 2021, Mariana oversees the human talent processes from recruitment to retention. Previously, from December 2018 to May 2022, Mariana held the position of Coordinadora grupo de salarios at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), where responsibilities included managing and calculating salaries for a workforce of over 10,700 public servants. Mariana’s career also includes roles as Jefe de personal at Secretaría de Educación de Bogotá and Coordinadora conceptos jurídicos y producción normativa at SENA. Mariana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and a Specialist degree in Administrative Law from Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia, along with a law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Colombia.
