Shanil Vitarana

Shanil comes to QuisLex with 15 years of global in-house legal experience with Fortune 500 public companies and a leading sovereign wealth fund backed private company. He has led M&A, strategic investments and large commercial transactions in the US, as well as in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa while being based in Dubai, U.A.E for several years. Shanil will be managing and overseeing M&A and corporate solutions, and assisting with business development. He received his J.D from the University of Connecticut School of Law, LL.M from the University of Sydney Law School, and his B.A from Rutgers University - New Brunswick.
