Zeljko Smolar

Zeljko Smolar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zeljko is currently working as a Senior CRM Manager at Qunomedical GmbH since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at A1 Telekom Austria Group, where they held multiple roles. From April 2020 to July 2022, they served as a Program Manager for Big Data and Advanced Analytics in the Digital Transformation CoE. Before that, from October 2016 to April 2020, they worked as a Group Customer Value Management at the same company.

Before joining A1 Telekom Austria Group, Zeljko worked at Hrvatski Telekom as a CRM Campaign Manager from March 2013 to July 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of CRM Manager at Kozmo d.o.o. from February 2011 to March 2013.

Zeljko's earlier work experience includes a role as a Brand Manager Junior at Magma d.d. from October 2009 to February 2011. In this role, they supported and assisted Brand Managers for various well-known brands. Zeljko also worked on sales analysis and proposed marketing and sales promotion activities.

Prior to that, from February 2008 to September 2009, Zeljko worked as a Program Manager/Account Manager at Nove Mogućnosti/Infoprofil. This role involved supporting the Sales Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, lead generation, prospect qualification, and post-sale activities. Zeljko also worked as an account manager and consultant for clients implementing SMS, mobile, and E-mail marketing within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Zeljko Smolar obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from COTRUGLI Business School from the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Zeljko Smolar also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2018.
