Formally known as Kryptowire, Quokka is already a leader in the US Federal market and quickly expanding into State & Local markets. Our Mobile Application Security Testing (MAST) solutions, Q-MAST and Q-Vet, are trusted by over 20 departments and agencies across the US Government and we are partnered with some of the largest players in the US market. But there are opportunities to expand that business significantly.
We are looking for a leader experienced in the art of public sector business development to fill a newly created position as the Manager, Business Development, Public Sector. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of business development across multiple segments of the public sector, including Federal (Civilian & Defense), State & Local, specifically for a SaaS provider. The ideal candidate will have direct experience identifying, shaping, and capturing prime- and sub-contracts, have direct experience working with related resellers and distributors, and be located in the Washington DC area right in the middle of the action. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with systems integrators, distributors, resellers and other partners, building awareness through events and webinars, and shaping procurements to increase our chances of winning. You will work closely with the broader sales and business development teams and our to capture new business and expand existing contracts.
