The Quokka platform provides automated vulnerability and compliance testing (OWASP, GDPR, and NIAP) for individuals, enterprises, and nations to ensure security, privacy, and compliance across life stages and end-user networks.   The RevOps Manager will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, systems, and data to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment across the marketing and sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing technology platforms, implementing best practices, and providing strategic guidance to enhance our marketing and sales performance. What you will do in this role:

  • Leverage SFDC and HubSpot to report on the Lead-to-Sales process, ROI, and identify areas for optimization
  • Build reporting and dashboards to track performance throughout the Marketing and Sales funnels
  • Database management: govern lead list imports, database cleanliness and organization, field updates, deliverability, and regulation
  • Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from trusting and using data effectively
  • Own Marketing tech stack, including website tracking tools, and assist with optimizing current tools as well as adding new tools
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document processes, definitions, and train team members to ensure consistent usage and support data hygiene.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of CRM and other revenue operations tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

To be successful, we need someone in this role who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role, such as Sales Operations or Marketing Operations
  • Admin experience in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and efficient at documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • ABM tracking and management

Nice to have experience:

  • Startup and/or cybersecurity company
  • GA4 reporting
  • Salesloft administration
