Dheeraj Khandelwal's work experience includes roles at several prominent companies. Dheeraj is currently working as a Software Engineer at Quora, where they are a part of the Quora and Poe Core Product teams. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Quora on the Core Product - Moderation Team, where they developed full-stack features to moderate policy-violating users and user actions.

Dheeraj also has experience at the University of California, Berkeley, where they served as a Graduate Student Instructor for courses such as Introduction to Cognitive Science and Social Psychology and Information Technology.

Dheeraj has also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at SAP, where they developed full-stack features for Compensation Admin, building Java RESTful API controllers and helper methods. Additionally, they were a Software Engineer 2 at PayPal, where they made significant improvements to the Mass Correction Tool flow system and worked on database scalability and disaster recovery for the database used by ATTACK, PayPal's CRM tool.

Dheeraj also held various roles at PayPal, including being a member of the PayPal CAN team, focused on identifying and implementing improvements at PayPal's India Tech Centers. Dheeraj Khandelwal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Vellore Institute of Technology in the years 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued their Masters in Information Management and Systems at the UC Berkeley School of Information from 2019 to 2021. Dheeraj also completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Science from the same institution in May 2021. Prior to their university education, Dheeraj attended Seedling Modern High School from 2007 to 2012 to earn their High School degree.
