Usman Javed

Usman Javed began their career in 2012 as an intern at Shell Oil Company, where they upgraded the supplier database and revamped the pre-qualification questionnaire. Usman then worked at Cresset Technology as a Business Development Manager, generating leads, making presentations, and signing new clients. In 2015, they had roles at WorldVuze and Sefam Pvt Limited (Bareeze), where they handled social media, managed accounts, and oversaw inventory and event organization. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Pinterest, starting as a Partner Manager and eventually becoming a Sales Manager. Usman consistently exceeded revenue goals, led training for new team members, and received MVP recognition. Javed currently holds the position of Account Executive at Quora, where they have achieved high goal attainment and contributed to the development of tools and templates to improve sales pitches and team performance.

Usman Javed completed their undergraduate education at Lahore School of Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in the years between 2008 and 2012. Usman then pursued further studies, first attending Wilfrid Laurier University from 2014 to 2015 for Pre-MBA studies. Afterward, they enrolled in Weber State University in 2016 and successfully completed a Master's degree in Professional Communication in 2017.
