Arief Zaki

Arief Zaki has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Arief is currently employed as a Senior System Analyst at Quorum Software since 2022.

Before their current position, Arief worked at Accenture from 2015 to 2022 as a Senior Consultant. Arief was heavily involved in project implementation using Energy Components (EC) for oil & gas companies. Arief was responsible for maintaining the global template implementation and collaborated with teams in Malaysia and Norway.

Prior to Accenture, Arief worked at Hytracc Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd as a Senior Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Arief was involved in project implementations using Energy Components (EC) for oil & gas companies, including a national oil company. Arief collaborated with teams from Aberdeen and Norway.

Arief also worked at PROMICOM Services (M) Sdn Bhd as a Technical Specialist from 2011 to 2012. Arief was hired by a shared service center of an Oil & Gas company as Level 2 Support for Energy Components (EC). Arief resolved critical issues and helped the client become fully functional.

From 2010 to 2011, Arief worked as a Software Engineer at Mincom. Arief was responsible for developing the company's laboratory information management system called CCLAS using Flex, J2EE, and Git as the source control system.

Arief started their career at Tieto in 2006 as a Software Developer. Arief worked on the development of Energy Components, an integrated hydrocarbon management system. Arief contributed to the development of modules such as EC-Framework, EC-Production, EC-Transport, and EC-Sale.

Prior to Tieto, Arief worked as a System Analyst at ERP21 Sdn Bhd from 2003 to 2005. Arief was responsible for the development and enhancement of an enterprise resource planning system. Arief also handled the development of a training management system for a government agency.

Arief began their professional journey as a System Analyst at Multimedia University from 2002 to 2003. Arief maintained and developed an online article management system used by university staff for publishing their write-ups. The system was built using ArsDigita toolkit (OpenACS).

Arief Zaki attended Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman from 1993 to 1997. Arief then enrolled in Multimedia University from 1998 to 2002, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia with a focus on Computer & Digital Arts.
