Jemima Bowden

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources of Quorum Software, Jemima leads the global people team. She is passionate about recruiting, retaining, and developing Quorum’s most critical asset – its people, and creating a culture that fosters engagement and collaboration across geographies. Jemima has over 25 years of human capital and operational leadership experience in the technology sector. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of People & Talent at Bazaarvoice, a $250M SaaS company focused on consumer-generated content solutions for leading retail brands, and that repeatedly won awards for its culture. Prior to Bazaarvoice, Jemima led operations and planning teams in the telecom sector at both Avaya and Lucent Technologies. Jemima has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of the Arts in European business and languages from the University of Central Lancashire, UK.
