M.D. Shah Jalal

Md Shah Jalal has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and system administration. Md Shah started their career as a Network Administrator at SHARP DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED from May 2009 to January 2011. Md Shah then worked as a Network Administrator at London St. Andrew's College from February 2011 to October 2014, where they focused on improving network efficiency and security. After that, they joined Dream Web Optic as an IT Support Technician from November 2014 to September 2017, where they developed IT system specifications and solved clients' IT issues. Following that, they worked at Nubah Social Care Ltd as a Senior IT Support Engineer from October 2017 to May 2019, where they coordinated network security measures. Md Shah later joined BVR ltd as an IT Engineer from May 2019 to March 2020, where they diagnosed and resolved problems in the IT infrastructure. Currently, they are working at Quorum Software as a System Administrator since March 2020.

Md Shah Jalal completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stamford University Bangladesh from 2003 to 2007. Md Shah then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Studies at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2012. Later on, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Queen Mary University of London, where they earned a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
