Gabriel Bes da Rosa has a diverse work experience. Gabriel started their career as an English Teacher at inFlux English School in July 2020 and worked until January 2021. In May 2021, Gabriel was promoted to Escalation Specialist at Algar Tech, where they played a crucial role as the main communication channel between the site operations and the client, Netflix. Gabriel attended meetings, managed daily issues, analyzed data to identify trends, and improved the impact of escalations. Gabriel continued in this role until October 2022. Most recently, in January 2023, Gabriel joined Quorum as a Customer Support Associate.
