Joanna Chotkowska-Suder

Joanna Chotkowska-Suder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, optimization, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Transformation at Qurate Retail Group since February 2023, Joanna previously held various managerial roles at Philip Morris International from February 2009, including Manager of RRP (iQOS) Projects, Operational Excellence/Process Improvement Lead, and Lead Finance Projects. Joanna's expertise encompasses integrating omni-channel sales platforms, conducting fiscal assessments for EU & EEMA markets, and leading migration projects. Joanna has also contributed as a Corporate Auditor in Germany and has a strong foundation in finance, having started in roles such as Credit Analyst, Accounts Receivable Accountant, and Accounts Payable Accountant. Holding a Master of Economics from Krakow University of Economics (2006-2011), Joanna is certified in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and has completed parts of the CIA Certification.
