Phil Riley

Phil Riley has extensive experience in operational vendor compliance and quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Global Operational Vendor Compliance & Quality Assurance at Qurate Retail Group since April 2019. Prior to this role, Phil Riley held various positions at QVC from February 1996 to April 2023, including QVC European Vendor Compliance Lead for the UK, Italy, France, and Germany, as well as Operations Manager focusing on inbound quality control, non-compliance, and product central. Phil Riley's educational background includes studies at Liverpool John Moores University between 2001 and 2002, as well as obtaining GCSEs from Netherley Comprehensive School.
