Katriina Dunn (she/her)

Katriina Dunn (she/her) has held various roles throughout their work experience. Katriina started their career at ManpowerGroup Contact Center Oy in 2011, working as a Sales Agent. Later on, they became an HR Assistant and then an In-house Trainer at the same company. In 2013, Katriina joined ManpowerGroup Solutions as an HR Coordinator and worked in that role until 2019. During their time at ManpowerGroup Solutions, they also served as an Administrative Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Qvantel as an HR Specialist.

Katriina Dunn (she/her) completed their education in the following chronological order:

From 2005 to 2010, Katriina attended Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Management.

Following that, Katriina pursued further education and attended Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019. During this period, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Katriina achieved the "Työkykymestari 2021" certification from Ilmarinen in December 2021.
