Monica Peletier

Monica Peletier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the field of human resources. In 2007, they started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Randstad, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Monica worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Supreme Recruitment Services Ltd. Monica then joined Metropolitan Hotel as a Human Resources Co-ordinator from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Monica worked at Procter & Gamble as a Talent Supply and Learning & Development Specialist until 2013. Following that, they worked as an International Retail Human Resources Assistant Manager at Hoss Intropia from 2013 to 2014. Monica then served as a Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA & LatAm at SunEdison Semiconductor from 2014 to 2016, and later became the HR Manager EMEA & LatAm from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Monica joined Qvantel as the Human Resources Director for Spain & Global HRBP. Currently, they are working as an AEDRH Associate at Asociación Española de Directores de Recursos Humanos since 2021.

Monica Peletier's education history includes several notable programs and degrees. In 2020, they attended the University of Oxford for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme. In 2018, Monica participated in the Leadership, Culture & Talent 4.0 Advance Executive Program at the IE Business School, focusing on Human Resources and Talent Management.
