Francesca Edwards

Francesca Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people transformation. Currently serving as the People Transformation Director at QVC Group since November 2020, Francesca previously held the position of Senior Manager for People & Organization and Senior People & Organization Partner at QVC Europe from December 2017 to November 2020. Prior to joining QVC, Francesca worked at Nestlé Nespresso as an HR Business Partner from January 2014 to November 2017, where responsibilities included support for boutiques and head office functions, as well as a Junior HR Business Partner and HR Administrator roles. Francesca's career also includes experience as an Executive Assistant and Guest Relations Manager at Thistle Marble Arch Hotel from 2008 to 2012.
