Lior Penso

Lior Penso has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2008, they joined Pulseem as their Sales & Business Development Manager and helped build the company's sales team. From 2011 to 2014, as the Co-Founder of The PeaceTube Project, they initiated unbiased interactions between people from different countries and cultures to foster tolerance and dialogue. Lior then worked as a Business Development Manager at IronSource from 2012 to 2014, where they represented the company in conferences, negotiated agreements, and established relationships with partners and clients. Lior co-founded dorbel in 2014, a digital platform for property management aimed at simplifying the process of renting and leasing apartments. At Amazon Web Services, they served as a Corporate Account Manager from 2016 to 2018, and later as a Startup Business Development Manager in Israel from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Lior is the Co-Founder and COO of Qwak, a company focused on streamlining the productionization of machine learning models at scale. Additionally, they have also invested in RealFriend, a company developing AI-powered real estate agents for apartment rentals and acquisitions.

Lior Penso completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Reichman University from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a program called EISP 8200, where they achieved the status of Alumni with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
