Emily Dydzak is a seasoned professional in talent management and recruitment with extensive experience in the IT services sector. Currently, as a Contract Talent Manager at 66degrees since October 2021, Emily oversees the Contractor Recruiting Team, collaborating closely with hiring managers to manage the lifecycle of the contingent workforce while optimizing operational processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter at NTT DATA Americas from June 2014 to October 2021, focusing on recruiting for a global IT services provider. Emily also held roles as a Public Relations Intern with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and as a Recruiting Intern at Aflac, gaining diverse skills in public relations and recruitment processes.
