Kelly Jura

Kelly Jura serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Qwoted and as the Chair of the Advisory Council and Board Member at the Design Management Institute. With extensive experience in user experience and brand design, Kelly held the position of VP, Brand and User Experience Design & Research at ScreenPal, where a user-centric vision and strategy were defined and executed. Prior roles include Creative Director at Zillion/HealthFleet, where end-to-end product design was managed, and as a brand strategy consultant at Kelly Boyle Designs, contributing to notable brands. Kelly's educational background includes a Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Bridgeport.
