Manuel Hitzler

Manuel Hitzler currently serves as Medical Liaison Manager at R-Biopharm AG since January 2021. Prior to this role, Manuel worked as Project Manager for Scientific Services at OSARTIS GmbH from November 2016 to January 2021, specializing in clinical evaluation, clinical studies, and biocompatibility. From November 2014 to November 2016, Manuel held the position of Biological Safety Manager at BIOTRONIK. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Research Scientist at the Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung from 2008 to 2014, focusing on the development of immunological "in vitro" assays and expertise in immunology, toxicology, and dermatology, as well as research in virology and immunology at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin between 2006 and 2008. Educational qualifications include a Clinical Research Associate degree from Pharmaakademie Berlin in 2014 and a Diploma in Biology from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, obtained in 2006.
