Kaitlyn Jones

Kaitlyn Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kaitlyn began their career as a Global and Professional Exchanges Intern at the Institute of International Education in 2008, where they managed the application process for exchange programs and performed community outreach. Kaitlyn then interned as an Economic Development Intern at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, gaining valuable experience in economic development. In 2010, Kaitlyn joined Bell and Associates Construction, L.P. as a Marketing Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of HR Administrator. In these positions, they coordinated marketing materials, policies, and insurance information, as well as acted as a liaison for Spanish-speaking employees. Most recently, Kaitlyn worked at R.C. Mathews Contractor, starting as a Marketing Director in 2012 and eventually becoming the Director of Communications in 2020. In their current role, they lead procurement efforts, develops marketing materials, and maintains client relationships.

Kaitlyn Jones attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Kaitlyn'sfield of study included Spanish, International Relations, and Economics. In 2008, they also participated in a program at The Washington Center, focusing on Non-Profit Organization and International Relations. During 2009, they studied at Universidad Nacional to further enhance their understanding of Spanish and International Relations.
