Susanna Immonen

Susanna Immonen is a seasoned professional in shipbuilding operations and engineering, currently serving as the Process Development and Implementation Manager at R&M Group since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Contract Modification Manager at Oy FCR Finland Ltd, Project Purchaser and Project Coordinator at Europlan Engineering, and Project Manager and Procurement at NIT Naval Interior Team, where significant projects included the Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Engineer at Wärtsilä and various roles related to marine technology and product development. Susanna holds a Master’s Degree in Technological Competence Management from Turku University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture from Turku Polytechnic, complemented by vocational training in maritime disciplines.
