Ilya Sharonov

Ilya Sharonov is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at R-Style Softlab since July 2022, Ilya oversees a development department of over 120 engineers and has implemented strategies to improve project estimation accuracy. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager at OZON.ru and Luxoft, where Ilya led cross-functional teams and established productivity metrics. Ilya's career began with software development positions, advancing through roles at notable companies such as SIBUR and Sberbank-Technology, demonstrating proficiency in CI/CD methodologies and architectural design. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Architecture from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics and a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Tambov State Technical University.
