Luke Goodrich has over 18 years of professional experience in operations, quality assurance, engineering, and project management. Luke began their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at ConAgra Foods in 2002. Luke then moved on to Garmin International in 2003, where they held various roles, including Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Product Quality Program Manager, Project Manager, Requirements Management, Manager of Operational Excellence, and Industrial Engineer. In 2017, they joined Pivot International, Inc. as Manager of Operations and Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for leading standardizing and integrating company quality management systems across multiple sites and driving down RMAs by 60%. In 2022, they began their current role as Director of Operations at R-Zero.
Luke Goodrich completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University between 1998 and 2003. Luke then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MidAmerica Nazarene University between 2007 and 2009, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
