Matthew Grodhaus

Matthew Grodhaus is a professional with extensive experience in client experience management and consulting, currently serving as Director of Client Experience at R1 RCM since October 2023. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed business resiliency, disaster recovery, and crisis management solutions for clients, as well as managing teams conducting Business Impact Analysis for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Matthew held senior consulting roles at Cloudmed, focusing on revenue cycle engagements and operational improvements for healthcare providers. Leadership experience includes serving as President of both the UGA Economics Society and Delta Sigma Phi at the University of Georgia, where strategic planning and budget management were key responsibilities. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia.
