Shelley Moser

Shelley Moser is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in training and support for application software, particularly Allscripts PM. Currently serving as a Sr. Operations Lead at R1 RCM since March 2019, Shelley is responsible for educating client representatives and practice managers on various software functionalities including registration, scheduling, financials, charge entry, and collections. Prior to this role, Shelley held the position of Training Manager at Intermedix from August 2015 to March 2019, where similar training responsibilities were undertaken. Shelley also served as a Senior Support Consultant at Allscripts for nearly 19 years, providing support for insurance software utilized in medical practices and developing knowledge articles to enhance client understanding of the software. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from North Carolina State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
