Oliver Kopitz

Oliver Kopitz began their work experience as a Film & Literary Intern at ICM Partners in July 2012, where they assisted talent and literary agents with client management and conducted trend analyses. Oliver then worked as an Online Marketing & Social Media Intern at Rhino Entertainment, curating content for Warner Music Group social media properties and increasing company revenue through YouTube and Spotify. Kopitz also served as the Alpine Meadows Uniform Department Supervisor at Squaw Valley Ski Holdings, managing the inventory of employee uniforms and implementing a new system for uniform distribution and collection. Oliver founded Unofficial Bear Valley, a platform for skiers and riders, and was the Head Writer and Founder. Kopitz was later the Head of Sales and Marketing at Xtreme Tours, where they successfully relaunched the brand and marketed to colleges and universities. Oliver then worked as a Sales Development Representative at Thanx, responsible for strategic outbound sales activities and assisting with hiring and onboarding new SDRs. Kopitz joined Pure Storage as an Inside Account Representative and later became a Corporate Account Executive. Oliver then joined Zendesk as a Commercial Account Executive, before moving on to Semgrep. At Semgrep, they initially served as a Senior Account Executive and achieved exceptional performance in booking and ARR. Oliver currently holds the position of Sr. Enterprise Account Executive & EMEA Sales Lead at Semgrep.

Oliver Kopitz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Avalanche Safety Course 1 from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) and VMware Sales Professional from VMware in 2016.
