Jim Dralle is an accomplished sales manager with over two decades of experience in driving revenue and growth. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for the Heartland Market at R3 since January 2001, Jim specializes in delivering quality programs and identifying profit growth opportunities for distribution. Their expertise encompasses sales and revenue generation, market research and analysis, P&L management, and complex contract negotiations. Prior to this role, Jim was the owner and president of Rock River Power Sports, where Jim successfully developed a full-line Yamaha dealership, achieving annual sales of $1.8 million at the time of its sale. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
