Clive Cooke

Clive Cooke is the Head of Business Development at R3. Prior to joining R3, Clive served as the Deputy Chairman/Chief Executive of City Index Ltd from April 2002 to July 2009. During their time at City Index, Clive grew revenues and expanded the company's partnerships with Barclays Stockbrokers, TD Waterhouse, Hargreaves Lansdown, and Halifax Share Dealing. Clive also oversaw City Index's acquisitions of IFX Group PLC and FX Solutions, as well as the company's expansion into the US market.

From September 2010 to March 2013, Clive served as a director at insetco plc. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive of Exco USA from October 1991 to January 2000. At Exco, Clive successfully took the firm into the lucrative Emerging Market securities market, establishing the company in Argentina and Brazil. Clive also oversaw the merger of Exco with Icap in 1998.
