Bri Goulet

Bri Goulet has a diverse work experience in various industries. Bri currently works at Infosys as an Information Technology Specialist, where they started in September 2021. Additionally, they are training to be an Agile Product Owner at the same company since January 2022.

Prior to their role at Infosys, Bri worked at Aspira as a Business Sales Representative from March 2021, where they assisted with technical issues, pricing, and data entry. Bri was also involved in projects within Salesforce and Microsoft.

From August 2019, Bri worked as a Customer Service Representative at Working Solutions. Bri served as a representative for Sylvan Learning Center, helping clients find suitable tutoring programs, taking payments, and assisting with scheduling and enrollments. Previously, they provided customer service for Michaels Craft Store through phone, email, and chat.

Bri also has experience with Bank of America, where they worked as a Claims Adjuster for the Department of Labor in California starting from September 2020 until April 2021. Their responsibilities involved adjusting claims and investigating fraud for the unemployment prepaid card program.

In terms of earlier work experiences, from March 2014 to September 2020, Bri worked at Net Health as a Personal Assistant and Facilities Cleaning Crew member. Bri was responsible for cleaning, organization services, and maintaining supplies for offices and residences used by the sales team.

Moreover, Bri was a Teaching Assistant at Thrive from October 2019 to May 2020. Bri supported teachers in various classroom duties such as reading, distributing materials, and tutoring individual students in 2nd and 3rd grade for Language Arts and Math.

Bri has also worked at Hilton as a Reservations Agent from February to April 2020. Their responsibilities included helping customers with booking and canceling reservations, providing technical assistance with the website, and offering sales assistance. Unfortunately, their role ended due to Covid-19.

In a seasonal role at Turbo Tax from January to April 2020, Bri worked as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers with understanding denial codes and errors, and providing support throughout the tax filing process.

Previously, from April 2018 to September 2019, Bri worked at Hilton Grand Vacations as a Housekeeper and Front Desk staff. Their duties included cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring health standards were met.

Lastly, from March 2018 to February 2019, Bri worked at Pleio Inc. as a Patient Mentor. Bri supported patients in medication adherence by making reminder calls and documenting any side effects or issues for follow-up with their physicians.

Bri Goulet began their education history by obtaining a diploma from Fort Pierce Central in 2004. From 2006 to 2013, they pursued a Pharmacy Certification at IRSC, specializing in Medicine. In 2021, Bri completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate program at Merit America, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. The same year, they also enrolled in Code Career Academy to further their coding skills. In terms of additional certifications, Bri obtained the following:
