Rodica Lupu

Rodica Lupu has a diverse work experience in database administration. Rodica currently works at Legal Aid Ontario as a Database Administrator / Technical Analyst, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Aspira as a Database Administrator III, responsible for administration and support of SQL Server and Oracle databases. Their technical environment included SQL Server 2016 on AWS and Oracle 12c and 18c databases on AWS EC2 (Linux). Before that, they served as a Senior Database Administrator at Capgemini - Inergi LP - Hydro One Account, starting in November 2010 and ending in July 2020. Rodica also worked at Adexa Inc. as a DBA from July 1999 to November 2010.

Rodica Lupu holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Computers from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, Romania. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in January 2013, the IBM Certified Database Associate - DB2 9 Fundamentals in May 2011, the Oracle 10g Certified Professional Database Administrator in March 2007, the Oracle 9i Certified Professional Database Administrator in November 2004, the Oracle 8i Certified Professional Database Administrator in October 2003, and the Microsoft Certified Professional (Implementing a Database Design on Microsoft SQL server 6.5) in March 1999.
