Thomas Burr

Thomas Burr is currently the SVP & COO of Environmental Services at Raba Kistner. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in environmental management, compliance, and sustainability.

Burr began their career as a Water Quality Manager with the Angelina & Neches River Authority in 1995. In 1998, they were promoted to General Manager, and then left in 2000 to become the Manager of Water & Remediation Programs at Temple-Inland.

Thomas spent four years at Temple-Inland before being promoted to Director of Environmental & Sustainable Forestry in 2006. In 2008, they were again promoted, this time to Director of Environmental & Sustainability. Thomas left Temple-Inland in 2011 to join CB&I as Senior Compliance Manager.

Thomas spent two years at CB&I before being promoted to Office Director & EHS Business Line Manager in October 2012. Thomas left CB&I in November 2013 to join Raba Kistner as SVP & COO of Environmental Services.

Thomas Burr's educational career includes earning a master of science from Baylor University and a bachelor of science from the University of Oregon.
