Mitch Ross

Mitch Ross has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mitch is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Rabble Health since 2022. Prior to this, Mitch was a member of the Board of Advisors at Rabble Health starting from 2021.

Before joining Rabble Health, Mitch worked at Kaiser Permanente for 14 years, from 2006 to 2020. Mitch held the position of Vice President, Individual and Family Plans.

From 2000 to 2006, Mitch worked at Blue Shield of California as the Vice President, Distribution, Small Group, Individual, and Medicare Plans.

In 1999, they joined HealthAllies as the Vice President of Sales.

Mitch's career in the healthcare industry began in 1998 at Prudential HealthCare, where they served as the Manager of the Small Group Business Unit until 1999 when it was acquired by Aetna.

From 1987 to 1998, Mitch Ross worked at CareAmerica Health Plans as the Director of Sales - Commercial Lines of Business.

Mitch Ross has a diverse education history. Mitch completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from UC Irvine between 1979 and 1984. After that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management during the period of 1996 to 1998. In 2010, they attended the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School for executive education. Additionally, Ross obtained the certification of Resident Insurance Producer - Accident and Health / Life-Only from the California Department of Insurance in September 1986.
