Prior experience includes serving as an Advocate Manager at CASA of McHenry County, where Nancy trained volunteers and coordinated with the juvenile court system, as well as substituting as a teacher in Nippersink School District 2. Earlier in Nancy's career, a position as Office Manager at Superior Paving involved customer service and payroll management. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University.
