Karen Hendrickson

Karen Hendrickson has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Karen is the Founder of Visual Orator Inc., a company focused on storytelling and multimedia content creation centered around authentic African narratives. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Rabito Clinic Limited. Karen also held the position of Director of Advocacy and Programs at the Institute of Economic Affairs, Ghana. Karen has extensive experience as Chief Operations Officer in companies such as Management Consulting Services, Med-X Health Systems, and BSL Ghana Ltd. Additionally, they worked at HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited as a Senior Vice President in Private Clients and as Vice-President & Senior Relationship Manager of Compass Pension Trust.

Karen Hendrickson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Marketing at Acadia University from 1978 to 1982. Karen also obtained multiple certifications in various subjects such as designing presentations, improving thinking, using Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint, maintaining a mindful workday, achieving professional goals, pitching oneself, leading with purpose, collaborating with Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Groups, and writing to be heard on LinkedIn, all in the year 2020.
