Soheyl Kadjani

Soheyl Kadjani, MBA, is an accomplished executive in digital transformation and technology strategy, currently serving as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation at Rabobank. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Technology Transformation, Strategy, and Digital at First Abu Dhabi Bank, as well as Vice President positions in IT Retail Banking and Agile Chapter at Emirates NBD. Soheyl also held leadership positions at Al Tayer Group as Head of IT, Strategy and Governance, and at Emirates, overseeing tech portfolios and DevOps implementation. Soheyl Kadjani holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and completed the CIO Academy program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
