Tamara Angela

Tamara Angela is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in compliance, project management, and human resources. Currently serving as a FEC W&R Project Officer and previously as a FEC Analyst at Rabobank since December 2020, Tamara has developed expertise in financial crime and risk management. Prior experience includes a role as a Compliance Consultant at Deloitte and a Global HR intern at Unilever, where efforts focused on employer branding and diversity initiatives. Additional experience encompasses promotions for educational and social engagement with Caribbean students at ABC Compas and conducting employee satisfaction surveys at Medwork Caribbean. Academically, Tamara holds a Master's degree in occupational health psychology from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by education at Colegio Arubano.
