Yulia Bolshova

Yulia Bolshova has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Yulia started their career as an HR Project Manager at MTS Group in 2005 and then moved on to work as an Internal Communication Manager and Intranet Lead at YOTA. In 2009, they joined Utkonos as an Internal Communication Manager. Yulia then transitioned to Yandex as a Project Manager, specializing in Internal Services. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Lamoda Group. In 2015, Yulia joined VimpelCom, Russia, where they served as the TL HR services and internal services group. Yulia later moved on to Avito as the Head of HR automation, a role they held for three years. Yulia then worked as a Senior Product Manager at M.Video before assuming the role of a Member of the expert jury at Russian Intranet Awards Rivelty. Currently, Yulia is the Head of HR Automation at Работа.ру.

Yulia Bolshova attended Moscow State University of Humanities named after M.A. Sholohov (former Open Pedagogical University) from 1999 to 2004. Yulia obtained a Specialist degree in Philology for Foreign Languages during this period of study.
