Cathy Farrell

Cathy Farrell has a diverse range of work experience in HR and recruitment. Cathy started their career as an HR Administrator at Websense in 2003 and later became an HR & Recruitment Specialist. Cathy then worked as a Human Resource Officer at Water Corporation on a contract basis in 2007, before moving to Talent 2 as an Onsite Recruitment Consultant for a year. In 2008, they joined L7 Solutions as an HR Manager and remained there until 2011. Cathy then transitioned to RAC WA, where they held various roles including HR Manager, Manager of Recruitment, Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR Projects, and currently, Diversity and Inclusion Lead.

Cathy Farrell attended Scoil Mhuire Athy from 1993 to 1999. Cathy later pursued a degree in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
