Adrian Barraquio

Adrian Barraquio has worked in customer service and technical support roles since 2013. Adrian started at FreeConferenceCall.com as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Support 1 Lead. In 2016, they transitioned to CarrierX as a Network Operations Technician where they gained expertise in troubleshooting IP and PSTN networks, utilizing monitoring tools such as Grafana and Zabbix, and managing telco fraud traffic data. Adrian also assisted in telecom network implementation, testing, and maintenance in addition to generating outbound trouble tickets and providing support for inbound trouble tickets. In 2023, Adrian began working at the City of Victorville as a Technology Coordinator and later moved to Race Communications as an NOC Engineer.

Adrian Barraquio completed an Associate of Arts in Communications at Chaffey College from 2009 to 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a Cloud Concentration at California Institute of Arts & Technology, which they are expected to finish by 2024. Adrian also holds various IT certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA A+ ce Certification, and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
