Louie Veal

Louie Veal has several years of experience in network and IT support. Louie most recently worked as an NOC Engineer at Race Communications and previously held positions at TDS, Knology Broadband Inc, Suntel Networks, and KnowBe4. In their role as NOC Technician II at Knology, they provided network support dealing with fiber, coax, and VoIP technologies, and liaised with a range of stakeholders to remedy outage issues. Before transitioning to network support roles, they worked as a Logistics Manager at Tri-States Automotive Warehouse and as an Electronics Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co.

Louie Veal is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Information Technology at Hillsborough Community College, which is expected to be completed by 2024. In addition to this formal education, Louie has obtained various certifications including Networking Foundations: Networking Basics from LinkedIn in September 2018, IC3 Certiport from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in October 2013, and SSCA SIP from The SIP School in July 2020.
