Caitlin Welsh

Caitlin Welsh is an experienced professional in organisational development and human resource management, currently serving as an Organisational Development Business Partner at Melbourne Racing Club since April 2021. Caitlin has held various roles in organisational development, including Organisational Development Advisor and Coordinator in People & Culture at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a People & Culture Coordinator at Estia Health and a Digital Campaign Analyst at Yellow New Zealand. Caitlin began a career in human resources with an HR internship at Dentsu Aegis Network NZ and has also worked in customer service and sales roles. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Auckland University of Technology, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2018, complemented by education at Epsom Girls Grammar School from 2009 to 2013.
