Gabriela González

Gabriela González has a diverse work experience in design roles, spanning various industries and organizations. Gabriela has recently been appointed the Head of Design at Racional from November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Isapre Consalud as a UX Lead from March 2021 to November 2022, where they were responsible for establishing design guidelines, defining UX strategy, and enhancing the UX area within the organization. Before that, they collaborated with Desafío Latam as a Colaboradora from October 2020 to April 2021. Gabriela also held multiple roles at Kunder, including Head of Design from July 2020 to March 2021, Product Design Lead from September 2018 to July 2020, and Senior Product Designer from January 2015 to September 2018. In their role at Kunder, they were responsible for design strategy, working closely with management, participating in strategic initiatives, and collaborating with development teams for superior UX.
