Clare Hawkins

Clare Hawkins is a senior legal counsel with extensive experience in technology law and sustainability. Currently at Rackspace Technology since November 2021, Clare leads negotiations on customer and supplier contracts across the EMEA region. Previously, Clare served at Vodafone Business from October 2015 to October 2021, managing complex IT contract negotiations for significant enterprise clients. Clare's career includes a role as enterprise legal counsel at Pinsent Masons, where positions spanned from trainee solicitor to solicitor, with experience in commercial litigation, property, and secondments to Vodafone and Teva. Early career experience as a paralegal at Nabarro LLP provided exposure to litigation and international arbitration. Clare's educational background includes a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law and a first-class bachelor's degree in History from the University of Nottingham.
