Phil Bradshaw

Phil Bradshaw is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in cloud services and professional services management. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for the Middle East and Africa at Rackspace Technology, Phil has successfully driven Private Cloud engagements and established a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Government for sovereign cloud services. Previously, as Global Vice President of Managed Services at Infor, Phil enhanced collaboration and revenue growth while managing a significant customer portfolio. Phil's career at Oracle spanned over two decades, where key leadership roles included Vice President of Cloud Services for EMEA and Global Leader of Cloud Application Managed Services, overseeing substantial revenues and operational initiatives. Phil holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an EMBA from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
